TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment: A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Changes: Any changes to the scope of work requested by the customer may result in additional charges.
- Access to Site: Customer is responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the job site.
- Concrete Characteristics: Concrete is a natural product. Minor cracking, shrinkage cracks, color variations, surface imperfections, and normal wear are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.
- Underground Utilities: Customer is responsible for identifying and marking all underground utilities, pipes, septic systems, sprinkler lines, and other concealed structures before work begins.
- Damage: We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, or other property resulting from necessary access to the work area.
- Warranty: We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from project completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, settlement, acts of nature, improper use, or normal cracking.
- Late Payments: Past-due balances may be subject to interest charges, collection costs, and attorney fees as permitted by law.
- Acceptance: Acceptance of our estimate, invoice, or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
